Another addition to WFO! 

He and Delvire are part of this organization called Negative Energy Ridding Destruction Sensibly. Aka, N.E.R.D.S. (A bit of an homage to League of Super Evil.) It's meant to help destructive individuals redirect their destructive tendencies in a positive way. 

Tim is a natural born necromancer and has a death touch. Touching his boney lil hands or anywhere else on him (Though he'd prefer you didn't) would cause you to croak in an instant. When he gets nervous, angry, any sorta negative emotion, dead souls sorta surround him and act upon his emotion. He finds these abilities to be unsettling and hides away. Tim has definitely killed people by accident, just saying.
